WHO IS ALLOWED TO SIGN THESE PETITIONS?
ANYONE who wants clean fluoride-free water may sign any of these petitions. These petitions are not for ballot initiatives, so voter registration is NOT a requirement.
ANYONE who agrees that fluoridation should be a local choice, rather than a requirement forced on communities by the State may sign the petition to the California State Legislature.
